Green Garden is a Seattle-based landscaping company serving residential, HOA, and commercial properties across the city. We're looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Lead who takes pride in their work, runs a tight crew, and shows up ready to perform.

What you'll do
  • Lead and manage a maintenance crew through daily route completion, ensuring all properties are serviced per scope of work and quality standards
  • Develop crew members on proper techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct when interacting with clients on-site
  • Responsibly operate and drive company trucks between job sites
  • Communicate with management on job progress, client concerns, and equipment needs
  • Keep equipment organized and report maintenance issues promptly
What we're looking for
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a crew lead
  • Proficiency operating mowers, line trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers
  • Working knowledge of Pacific Northwest plant material, turf care, and seasonal maintenance practices
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
