Use and maintenance of Lawn Mowers, Trimmers, chainsaws, rototillers, stump grinders, pressure washers

Responsibilites

• Stick to assigned schedule
• Show upo reliably and on time
• Work quickly, be responsible for the outcome
• use our truck and trailer
• Perform repair and maintenance on rental properties incl drip irrigation, sprinkler landscape
• General landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor areas in good condition
• Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, power tools, chainsaws, and skilsaws chopsaws safely and efficiently
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper covergaes and watering schedules
• Manage pest control through proper pesticide application
• Use power tools, drills, grinders, chop saws, handheld saws as assigned
