Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Landscaper / General Laborer to join a growing outdoor services team in Oklahoma City. This position supports both residential and commercial landscaping projects, performing a variety of outdoor labor tasks while working alongside an experienced crew.

The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has a strong work ethic, and is looking for an opportunity to grow into a future Crew Lead position.
Required Experience & Skills
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
Ability to work well as part of a team
Leadership potential with a desire to grow professionally
Landscaping or skid steer experience is a plus, but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Valid driver's license is a plus
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform landscaping, dirt work, and general outdoor labor
Mow lawns and complete routine landscape maintenance
Assist with snow removal during seasonal operations
Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment as needed
Ride with the crew to residential and commercial job sites
Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently when assigned
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and work standards
Assist with additional outdoor projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous landscaping or lawn maintenance experience
Skid steer operating experience
Experience working with landscape tools and equipment
Leadership or crew supervision experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the workday
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and repetitive physical activity
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment while wearing required PPE
Work Environment
Outdoor residential and commercial job sites
Physically active work performed in changing weather conditions
Team-oriented environment with opportunities to learn new skills
