Responsibilities:
Install pavers, retaining walls, and other hardscape elements according to project specifications.
Prepare sites by grading, excavating, and ensuring proper drainage.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide updates.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Assist in the selection of materials and provide input on design options.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on installed landscapes and hardscapes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in landscape installation or hardscaping.
Knowledge of landscape design principles and installation techniques.
