Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Sales professional to oversee landscaping projects from initial client consultation through final completion. This role combines customer-facing sales responsibilities with hands-on project management to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with customers to assess needs and develop project proposals.
Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to installation.
Review project designs, estimates, and scope of work for accuracy.
Schedule projects upon approval and deposit.
Coordinate materials, timelines, and crew schedules.
Supervise and support crew leaders and field teams.
Conduct site visits to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to plans.
Communicate regularly with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Address challenges proactively and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform final walkthroughs with clients upon project completion.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or project management preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret project plans/designs.
