About the Role

As a Landscape Sales Consultant, you will manage the full sales cycle for residential and commercial landscape projects, including:

• Selling hardscape solutions: patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces
• Selling planting projects: beds, trees, shrubs, enhancements, seasonal updates
• Recommending drainage solutions to resolve site issues
• Proposing and selling irrigation systems and upgrades
• Conducting on-site assessments and developing project scopes
• Preparing accurate estimates and professional proposals
• Managing and following up on leads to convert opportunities into sales
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Coordinating with project managers and crews to ensure project success
• Keeping detailed records in CRM and internal systems

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $70,000, plus uncapped commission.
• On-target earnings of $95,000$115,000, with top performers earning $150,000+.
• Commission accelerates after $800,000 in annual sales.
