In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the beauty of outdoor spaces for our valued clients in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging.
• Install and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees to enhance property aesthetics.
• Utilize landscaping equipment such as blowers, trimmers, and chainsaws safely and effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of lawns and gardens to identify pest issues and report to management. 
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their landscaping needs.
• Maintaining the equipment and tools in good working condition during servicing to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job site.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping or horticulture is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a bonus.
• Knowledge of plants, fertilizers, and pest control methods is a positive.
• Ability to operate landscaping machinery and tools safely is required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work is expected.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be reliable and a team player with a positive demeanor.
