What You’ll Do:
Lead and supervise landscape installation and maintenance projects, ensuring work meets our high standards of quality.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and property owners, building strong, professional relationships.
Evaluate outdoor spaces and provide knowledgeable recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
Develop and deliver accurate cost estimates for new and existing projects.
Manage and coordinate landscaping crews, maintaining productivity and staying on schedule.
Monitor work quality and proactively address any client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Demonstrated experience in landscaping and site supervision (required).
Solid knowledge of plants, garden design, and landscape maintenance.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess landscapes and offer creative, practical improvement ideas.
Experience in preparing and presenting project estimates.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects efficiently.
