Landscape Specialist Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303 $19.29- $26.90an hour - Full-Time Days, 40 hours per week Boulder Community Health is seeking a Landscape Specialist who attends to multiple campuses, ensuring beautiful foliage and cleanliness. Manages all trash at the sites, including all parking structures. Ensures all areas are slip-free and safe. Manages the landscape /grounds, including the parking structures for all Boulder Community Hospital facilities including Foothills, Riverbend, Erie, Lafayette, and Longmont. Valid Colorado Drivers License required. Driving record capable of being insured by hospital carrier required 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance preferred. Responsibilities Maintain landscaping with little loss of plant material. Maintain equipment related to landscape maintenance. Enhance grounds through design recommendations. Maintain irrigation system for appropriate watering times/amounts, minimizing water loss. Supervise tree trimming to enhance beauty/growth of trees on all campuses. Supervise vendor to ensure trash pickup/cleaning of grounds and parking structure is consistent. Assist in budget preparation for each years landscape needs. Maintain all grounds equipment. Organize and facilitate snow removal. Design/oversee new or remodel sites. Follow OSHA guidelines in all activities. Meet with Director regularly to update on activities and recommendations.
