We are seeking an experienced Landscape Superintendent to oversee residential landscape installation projects in Macon, GA.
- Manage daily operations across multiple communities, including sod, irrigation, trees, shrubs, and mulch installation.
- Coordinate crews, schedules, materials, and deliveries to ensure timely, quality work.
- Maintain safety standards, conduct quality checks, and resolve punch list items.
- Communicate with project teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and builder specifications in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications: 3+ years leadership experience in landscape installation, knowledge of irrigation and plant materials, strong organizational skills, and bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus. Valid driver’s license required.
