Landscape Supply Operator-Cottage Grove ECO Site

Gertens Regional Ecological Site (RES) site in Cottage Grove is looking for experienced operators to transport product and run a wide range of heavy landscaping equipment. Some other key tasks are:

• Loading customers with correct product and quantity, completing pre-shift inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Keeping hardscape yard neat and organized
• Work independently, be a problem solver and exercise good judgment and be a team player.
• Preform other duties as assigned

Seeking Candidates that can work Seasonal Hours (Until end of November) opportunities that are perfect if you want winters off! Ideally looking for candidates that can work the hours of M-F 7am-6pm with some weekends.

Required Qualifications

• Light machinery, Wheel loaders, skid-loader and Forklift experience is preferred, but not required.
• Follow all safety procedures and standards to ensure a healthy workplace for all team members.
• Candidates must be 18 years of age, High School diploma or GED & Valid Drivers License is required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Always requires daily use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Safety minded approach.
