Job Summary
Grounds Guys is looking for energetic, reliable, and motivated team leaders to join our growing landscaping crew. As a Landscaping Team Leader, you’ll be the hands-on help that makes our clients’ lawns and outdoor spaces shine. This is a physical job that keeps you moving and outdoors — perfect for anyone who prefers a field job to a desk one.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage landscaping and lawn maintenance projects at both residential and commercial properties
- Drive truck and trailer
- Operate basic landscaping equipment
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Help organize and maintain equipment after jobs
- Be a dependable, supportive teammate every day
- Help train team members as needed
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Someone who enjoys physical, outdoor work
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 35–80 lbs regularly
- Valid Ohio driver’s license and clean driving record
- Past experience as a landscaper.
