We are expanding our crew and looking for a reliable, hard-working Landscape Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a premier local team.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As a Landscape Technician, you will be a vital part of bringing our clients' dream yards to life. Your day-to-day will include:

• Assisting with high-quality landscape transformations, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.

• Supporting the installation of beautiful paver hardscapes (patios, pathways, fire pits, and driveways).

• Helping set up or modify irrigation systems and low-voltage outdoor landscape lighting.

• Safely driving company vehicles and transporting equipment trailers to and from various residential and commercial job sites.

• Operating standard landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site, representing Landscape Inc. FL with a positive attitude.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

• Dependability First: You are reliable, punctual, and show up ready to work with the team every day.

• Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record: A must! You must be legally cleared and comfortable safely driving company trucks and towing trailers.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical outdoor work in the Florida climate and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.

• Eye for Detail: You care about the final walkthrough and ensuring the property looks perfect for the client.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish): A major plus, though not required!

• Experience in hardscaping, planting, or irrigation is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way.
