1st Shift Landscaping Position

Pro Resources has partnered with a local landscaping company that is looking for a qualified landscaping worker.

Hours: 6:00am – 3pm (depending on the job and time of the year, can be earlier to stay out of the heat)

Pay: $18-22+ DOE

Temp to hire for right candidate as they have a winter business (snow removal, etc.)
Not had to lay any employees off in the past
$18-$24+ per hour possibly more with experience
35-50 hours per week depending on jobs and weather
Hours are 6am-3pm (start early in summer while it is cooler outside)
Will meet at office/shop and ride with crew
Our candidates will not be driving company vehicle, you will ride with someone from the company
Prefer if you have a Driver’s License so when you go direct, you can drive company trucks
HSD/GED preferred
Prefer previous landscaping experience
Don't do lawn maintenance more new design, install, etc.
Hard scape install - rock/pavers, patio setting, mulching, tearing out old landscape and redesigning
Labor intense work, skid loader experience preferred
Planting trees, bushes, plants
Racking, shoveling, lifting 50lbs
PPE: Steel toe boots, hearing and eye protection, hivis clothing or vest
Resume and interview
