SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM, Temp to Hire

WHAT YOULL DO:- Assist with post-tree-removal cleanup by raking, blowing, and removing branches and debris after the work area has been cleared.
- Carry and organize branches and materials in designated staging areas to support the tree crew.
- Perform general landscaping and outdoor maintenance to keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow directions from the site foreman and climbers while maintaining awareness of designated safe zones and worksite procedures.
- Inspect assigned hand tools and report any damaged equipment or safety concerns.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR- 1 years experience of landscaping, outdoor labor, or tree-service experience preferred.
- Ability to safely follow verbal instructions, hand signals, and established jobsite safety procedures.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Position requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds throughout the workday while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
