Position Summary
The Landscaper is responsible for performing routine landscape maintenance services for commercial properties. This position requires physical outdoor work, attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general lawn maintenance
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with seasonal services such as leaf removal, mulch installation, and property clean-ups
- Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
- Work as part of a team to complete assigned routes on schedule
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
- Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment
