*Position Summary
The main focus of this position is the upkeep, landscape and janitorial of the common areas at our beautiful, terraced 265-space manufactured home community in Torrance, CA. Duties will be assigned under the direct supervision of the Community Manager.

*Position Performance Objectives
- Common area maintenance
- Common area janitorial (clubhouse, bathrooms, etc.)
- Gardening and landscaping work, including work on several 20-30 foot slopes
- Irrigation repairs
- Work with electric and gas meter shutoffs, as needed
- Keep accurate maintenance records of work performed

*Physical Requirements
- Has the ability to bend, stoop, walk, climb ladders for 90% of a typical working day
- Has the ability to bend, lift and reach boxes and maintenance supplies of 30 pounds or more
- Has the ability to safely use tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and saws
- Has the ability to log maintenance records in a computer or app
*Experience Requirements
- Has two years minimum of recent experience in property management, apartment/residential maintenance - Mobile Home Park experience is a plus
- High school diploma or GED equivalent – required
- Has basic use skills of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Has a valid California Driver's License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance – required
*Compensation/Position Details
- Full-time Monday thru Friday, 40 hours per week, 7 am to 4 pm, 1 hour for lunch
- $18-$22 per hour
