• Mow, trim, and maintain lawns and outdoor areas 
• Pull weeds and assist with property cleanup 
• Support the Maintenance Manager with daily tasks 
• Perform general labor and outdoor maintenance duties 
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic 
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions 
• Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the day 
• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team 
• Must pass background check and drug screen
