Job Title: Landscaper (General Labor) Starting Pay: $18.00/hour Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaper to join our team. This role involves maintaining outdoor spaces, performing general landscaping duties, and supporting crew operations to ensure high-quality results for residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:
Perform general landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and maintain garden beds
Assist with mulching, weeding, and seasonal clean-up
Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
