- Assist with landscaping and hardscaping projects
- Perform general labor duties, including heavy lifting and shovel digging
- Help construct retaining walls
- Assist with pool installation projects
- Support septic tank installation and replacement projects
- Operate an excavator on occasion (no license required; experience preferred)
- Maintain a safe and clean worksite
- Follow directions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team
Qualifications:
- 2+yrs of previous landscaping, hardscaping, construction, or labor experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
- Comfortable lifting heavy materials throughout the day
- Experience operating construction equipment, especially excavators, is a plus
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment
