Landscapers & Laborers

Custom Personnel is looking for people to fill various labor-based roles in Shasta County. We will need Landscapers, Construction Cleanup, General Laborers, and other related trades. 

Landscaper

Should have several years' experience and knowledge of all aspects of landscape installation. Equipment use, irrigation, soil, digging, trenching, and manual labor. Must have a clean and valid driver's license.

Gardener

Should prior experience gardening. Familiarity with landscape design. Extensive knowledge of regional plant life. Knowledge of local pests and how to eliminate them. Knowledge of natural and synthetic fertilizers. Tasks include: installing and maintaining seasonal plants, mowing, trimming, fertilizing, mulching, edging, weed eating, pruning and trimming trees and bushes.

Laborer

Must have the ability to lift heavy objects. Ability to remain on your feet for long periods of time. Knowledge of safe lifting practices. Must be comfortable working outdoors, even in summer heat.
