Ascape Landscape & Construction is looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance clients and help drive long-term customer success.
In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients—building strong relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. You'll partner closely with our Production team to ensure client expectations are met while helping clients enhance and improve their properties. We offer a competitive compensation package with a base annual salary of $85,000 commensurate with experience, and opportunities for commission incentive, resulting in overall total compensation potential of 105,000+ annually.
