Job Title: Landscaping Crew Lead
Pay: $25-$28 per hour
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 6:30am-5:00pm (overtime and additional days possible)

As a Landscaping Crew Lead, you'll be at the forefront of on-site operations, guiding your team to deliver high-quality landscaping services while ensuring safety and efficiency. You'll work closely with your crew and management to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
As a Landscaping Crew Lead in Tualatin, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting site inspections and providing hands-on guidance for soil preparation, planting, watering, and pest control.
- Ensuring all work meets client standards while optimizing operational workflows.
- Driving and maintaining company vehicles and training crew members on safety protocols.
- Managing work schedules, reviewing charts, and preparing reports.
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials such as mulch, fertilizer, and plants, lifting up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Performing physical tasks including bending, stooping, and twisting throughout the day.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record over the past three years.
- At least 2 years of landscape installation experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in lawn care and landscaping, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
- Familiarity with landscaping techniques, equipment operation (skid steer, excavator, backhoe), and reading architectural drawings.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Reliable transportation and a commitment to safety standards.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform continuous physical activity.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Tualatin, Oregon, working Monday through Thursday from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with possible overtime or additional days depending on project needs.
