Duties, Functions and Responsibilities: Includes, but not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Collaborate with the Management to complete landscape projects in the most efficient manner while putting customer satisfaction first
- Motivate crew members to achieve desired productivity and job performance
- Operate equipment including, but not limited to, single axle dump trucks, loaders, skid steers, track loaders, excavators
- Properly complete time reports and other required tablet work
- Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns
- Assists Management with route and job planning and organization, thereby ensuring sufficient resources and materials are readily available
- Train employees
- Assist and lead crews on all aspects of jobs
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean record
- Minimum 2 years of previous Landscaping leadership experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating heavy equipment
- Strong Organization skills
- Willing to work extra hours when needed to complete jobs
- Capable of physical labor
- Adept at identifying and solving problems that may arise during landscaping projects.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
