Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform physical labor on landscape maintenance/installation/removal work (be able to lift over 50 lbs. on a regular basis). 
  • Operate and maintain landscape tools/equipment safely and effectively
  • Follow industry regulations and best practices for safety on the job and with equipment and vehicles
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns if a lead isn't readily available
  • Able to work in all weather elements
  • If needed, assist with general lawn care duties, including mowing (previous experience preferred but not necessary)

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Hardscapes and/or Professional Landscaping (preferred)
  • Knowledge of landscaping tools, trends, and installation techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions (required)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
