North County Landscape Co. has proudly served Whatcom County since 2003. We are a professional, full-service landscape company specializing in  landscape maintenance, irrigation, landscape installations, and enhancement projects. We are seeking knowledgeable, dependable, hardworking team members who enjoy working outdoors, wanting to grow with a company and take pride in quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape bed maintenance including pruning, weeding, hedging, and clean-up
• Assist with enhancement projects such as bark installation, planting, gravel installation, and seasonal landscape improvements
• Interact professionally with property owners and managers
• Safely operate landscape equipment and hand tools
• Follow direction from Crew Leads while maintaining company quality standards
• Maintain a clean, professional, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Landscape, lawn maintenance, or grounds maintenance experience preferred (training available)
• Valid Washington Driver's License required
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical outdoor work
• Must be 18 years or older

Pay & Benefits

• $22–$25 per hour DOE
• Full-time positions available
• Monday–Thursday schedule (some Fridays during peak season)
