Landscaping Foreman

OBJECTIVEThe ability to maintain high profile commercial and residential properties throughout the Central Florida area while working in a team environment.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs foreman, you are responsible for leading your crew. Making sure they have on all PPE (personal protective equipment). Making sure they are doing their job responsibilities.Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions doing very physical work. Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Must be enthusiastic, dependable and a team player. Able to work safely while operating equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers and edgers. Will perform regular landscape maintenance services such as mowing, edging, weeding, trash collecting, trimming, pruning, grading, light planting, etc.COMMUNICATIONMost importantly as a Baker employee: BE FRIENDLY, DO A GOOD JOB, BE RESPONSIVE, and KEEP COMMUNICATIONS OPEN.QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience with aforementioned equipment and knowledge of landscape plant material is helpful. A clean Florida driving record with driving experience. Must pass our insurance guidelines to be qualified as a driver.
