Job Position: LANDSCAPING / GARDENER

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday

What You'll Do- Weekly mowing, edging, blowing, bed clean-ups
- Planting, pruning, seasonal installs
- Mulching, fertilizing, composting, weed control
- Lift 40+ lbs. regularly, work on your feet all day
- Work outdoors in Texas heat, cold, rain - whatever comes
- Support your Crew Leader and keep the day moving fast
What You Bring- Landscape or groundskeeping experience required (commercial or residential - 2+ year preferred)
- Physically strong, hardworking, and takes pride in a job well done
- Reliable transportation + valid ID
- Positive attitude - no drama, no excuses
