Landscaping/Grounds Worker

Our client, in the landscaping and grounds maintenance industry, is seeking a dedicated Landscaping/Grounds Worker to join their team. As a Landscaping/Grounds Worker, you will be an essential part of the groundskeeping team supporting property maintenance and beautification efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will help you succeed and grow within the organization.

Job Title: Landscaping/Grounds Worker

Location: Las Cruces, NM

Pay Range: $13.01

Shift: Monday to Friday -  6am to 3pm 

What's the Job?

• Maintain and enhance the grounds of properties using hand or power tools and equipment
• Perform tasks such as sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, and raking
• Assist with sprinkler installation and the installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units
• Support team efforts to ensure property aesthetics and safety standards are met
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures during all landscaping activities

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
