Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Title: Landscaper / Groundskeeper

Saar Management is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Landscaper / Groundskeeper to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining the exterior appearance and curb appeal of our residential communities. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and can consistently deliver high-quality results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain landscaping across the property, including mowing, edging, trimming, and planting

• Ensure all green areas, walkways, and common spaces are clean, well-kept, and visually appealing

• Perform routine groundskeeping tasks such as blowing debris, removing trash, and pressure washing

• Maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, and irrigation systems

• Apply fertilizers, mulch, and other treatments as needed

• Identify and report any landscaping issues, hazards, or areas needing improvement

• Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and property enhancements

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently

• Follow all safety guidelines and company standards

Qualifications: Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping required

• Knowledge of lawn care, plant maintenance, and basic irrigation systems preferred

• Ability to operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining property appearance

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
