We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Landscaper / Groundskeeper to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining the exterior appearance and curb appeal of our apartment communities. Position Summary

The Landscaper / Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, cleanliness, and landscaping of assigned apartment communities. This position performs routine grounds maintenance, landscape improvements, and property beautification while ensuring all outdoor areas meet Company standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping throughout the property, including mowing, edging, trimming, planting, and pruning.
• Ensure all lawns, green spaces, walkways, parking areas, and common areas remain clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
• Perform routine groundskeeping tasks, including blowing debris, removing trash, pressure washing, and general property cleanup.
• Maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, and irrigation systems.
• Apply mulch, fertilizer, and other landscape treatments as directed.
• Identify and report landscaping issues, safety hazards, irrigation problems, or areas requiring improvement.
• Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and community beautification initiatives.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other groundskeeping tools.
• Maintain landscaping equipment in clean and safe working condition.
• Follow all Company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience required.
• Knowledge of lawn care, plant maintenance, and basic irrigation systems preferred.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an attractive property appearance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and strong teamwork skills.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday – Friday
• Occasional overtime as business needs require.
