We are currently seeking a Landscaping Maintenance Production Manager to join our team!

The Landscaping Maintenance Production Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational execution of Ascape's maintenance services portfolio. This role leads field production by owning route planning, crew deployment, labor efficiency, quality control, service readiness, safety expectations, and daily execution standards across assigned maintenance work.

We offer a competitive compensation package with a base annual salary of $85,000 - $100,000, based on experience. Benefits include health coverage after 90 days, a 401(k) with a 4% employer match, paid time off, and vacation time.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and executing maintenance services including managing crew schedules and route planning;
  • Quality control of field maintenance work including conducting regular site inspections and responding to service issues promptly;
  • Managing, coaching and developing maintenance field staff, including conducting safety training and ensuring maintenance team members are working safely;
  • Participating in new client hand off and startup planning;
  • Review and approve work orders and time cards;
  • Procurement of equipment and materials; ensuring equipment is ready to be used and materials are ready to be deployed;
  • Weekly production reporting including tracking and reviewing labor hours, revenue by crew, route density and other KPIs;
  • Coordinating and collaborating with Account Managers and leadership to ensure operational effectiveness;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in landscape maintenance operations, production management, field supervision, or a related service based operating role
  • Strong understanding of commercial landscape maintenance production, route planning, crew management, safety expectations, and quality standards
  • Ability to lead field teams, make daily operating decisions, and adjust quickly when conditions change.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate between office leadership and field execution.
  • Comfort reviewing labor data, production trends, route performance, and field administration to make informed decisions.
  • Experience with equipment coordination, work-order flow, field readiness, and maintenance crew logistics preferred.
  • Familiarity with commercial property expectations, recurring service operations, and enhancement coordination preferred
