Landscaping Maintenance Technician
Location: Various sites throughout Central Ohio
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary (Potential for Permanent Hire)
Compensation: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour

Summary:- Perform landscaping maintenance across multiple properties
- Work independently while maintaining communication with a supervisor
- Travel between job sites using company-provided vehicle
- Focus on mowing and general property upkeep
Responsibilities:- Perform lawn mowing using zero-turn and push mowers
- Trim, edge, and clean up properties using standard equipment
- Complete mulching, weeding, and light maintenance tasks
- Operate company vehicles, trailers, and landscaping tools safely
- Travel between job sites and complete work efficiently
- Maintain communication with supervisor and follow safety guidelines
Requirements:Desired Work Experience:- Several years of landscaping experience (strong mowing experience required)
- Experience operating zero-turn mowers and landscaping equipment
Special Certifications Needed:- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (must be insurable)
Additional Qualifications:- Ability to pass background check and 10-panel drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Strong reliability, time management, and independence
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Working Conditions:- Outdoor work across multiple locations
- Physically active role with standing, walking, bending, and lifting
Additional Information:- Position expected to last at least 6 months
