Schedule: Part-Time (2–3 days per week (weekdays only), 8-hour shifts)


About the Role Ceresville Mansion is a premier historic event and wedding venue, and the beauty of our outdoor grounds is essential to the experiences we create for our guests. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Landscaper to maintain our lawns and ensure our property remains pristine and welcoming throughout the season.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has experience operating professional lawn care equipment.


Key Responsibilities

• Property Maintenance: Mow and maintain the mansion's expansive lawns to ensure a uniform, manicured appearance suitable for high-end events.
  
  
• Equipment Operation: Safely and effectively operate a riding lawn mower (lawn tractor/truck) for large acreage, a push mower for tighter spaces, and a hand trimmer for precise edging.
  
  
• Detail Work: Trim around garden beds, walkways, patios, and architectural features to maintain clean lines and a polished look.
  
  
• Site Upkeep: Clear grass clippings and yard debris from walkways and event spaces after mowing.
  
  
• Equipment Care: Conduct basic visual inspections of provided equipment before and after use, reporting any maintenance needs to management.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or commercial lawn care is preferred but not required.
  
  
• Proven ability to safely operate riding mowers, push mowers, and motorized hand trimmers.
  
  
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and operate machinery outdoors for 8-hour shifts in various weather conditions.
  
  
• A keen eye for detail and an understanding of the aesthetic standards required for a luxury event venue.
  
  
• Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic.
  
  

What We Provide

• All Equipment: Riding mowers, push mowers, hand trimmers, fuel, and necessary safety gear are fully provided and kept on-site.
  
  
• Temporary Seasonal Work: A steady part-time schedule of 16 to 24 hours per week in the fall season.
