Gear: Late-model Scags/Exmarks. Mechanic on staff for quick repairs.
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 40+ hours. Weekends are for your family.
Winter: Mandatory "On-Call" snow work (Trucks, Loaders, or Sidewalk Crews).
Requirements:
18+ Months professional landscape experience (required).
Proven skills with zero-turns, power tools, mulching, and pruning.
Attendance: 90-day "No-Show" probation. If you miss a day in your first 3 months, you no longer have a job.

Driver's license is preferred but not required for laborers.
