Our goal is to be a partner in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' outdoor spaces.Job TitleLandscaping Shop Manager / MechanicLocationColumbia-Jefferson CityPay$20–$30 per hour (based on experience)ScheduleMonday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM; occasional weekends as neededJob OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Shop Manager/Mechanic to oversee the maintenance and repair of our landscaping equipment and vehicles. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) and company vehicles.Manage shop operations, including tool organization, inventory, and cleanliness.Track equipment condition and schedule preventative maintenance.Order parts and maintain inventory of supplies.Ensure all equipment is safe and job‑ready each day.Coordinate with crew leaders and management on equipment needs and repairs.Maintain a safe and organized work environment.QualificationsProven experience as a small engine mechanic and/or shop manager.Knowledge of landscaping equipment and basic vehicle repair.Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.Ability to work long hours and occasional weekends.Good organizational and communication skills.Valid driver's license (required).#J-18808-Ljbffr
