Key Responsibilities 

• Maintains community grounds, including lawns, shrubs, and trees in an acceptable condition.
• Responsible for all snow removal, watering, grass, cutting, pruning, rain-gutter and garage cleaning.
• Supervises operation and maintenance of all equipment related to Grounds Department.
• Schedules order in which work is to be completed.
• Is aware of Presbyterian Homes Corporate Compliance policies including those having to do with confidentiality and security of information, and concern for the well-being of residents and patients. Demonstrates behaviors and completes work in a manner consistent with these policies.

Qualifications & Skills 

• Highschool / GED Required
• 3+ years of Landscaping Supervisory experience. 
• English language proficiency
