Summary:
This role leads enterprise-wide language services across translation, localization, and interpreting to ensure high-quality, scalable, and compliant multilingual communications. The position focuses on modernizing language operations through translation technology and responsible use of AI, while supporting organizational readiness for healthcare accreditation and regulatory requirements. This is a part-time role (20–25 hours per week).

Required / Mandatory Skills:
- Enterprise language services leadership across translation, localization, and interpretation
- Hands-on administration of an enterprise translation management system (TMS), including workflows, translation memory, terminology, QA, and reporting
- Experience implementing machine translation and AI-assisted language workflows using human-in-the-loop models
- Strong understanding of healthcare language access expectations, accreditation, and regulatory quality standards
- Vendor management, contract oversight, SLAs, and performance management
- Cross-functional collaboration with compliance, legal, clinical, digital, and communications teams
- Budget management, forecasting, and cost optimization for language services
