Large Equipment Assembly Technician (Active Shop Role - Will Train)
Adecco is seeking a hands-on Large Equipment Assembly Technician to join our team building industrial equipment.
This is an active, shop-floor position-you will move throughout the facility working on different parts of each build, rather than being stationed at a bench or performing repetitive line work.
This role is a great fit for someone with strong mechanical aptitude-whether you are an experienced mechanic or early in your career. We are willing to train the right individual.
Pay-$23-25/hour (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities
Assemble and build large, custom equipment throughout the shop floor
Move between workstations and projects as builds progress
Install mechanical, hydraulic, and engine components
Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting during and after assembly
Assist with electrical wiring and system integration
Use hand tools and shop equipment to complete builds
Work as part of a small team on a variety of non-repetitive projects
Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude (more important than years of experience)
Comfortable using hand tools or working on mechanical projects
Willingness to learn and take direction in a hands-on environment
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Preferred Backgrounds (Not Required)
Automotive, diesel, or equipment mechanics
Entry-level candidates with trade school or hands-on experience
Manufacturing or assembly experience
Individuals who enjoy working on cars, engines, or equipment
Additional Information
This is not a bench assembly role-you will be working on full-size equipment and moving throughout the shop
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
