Large Format Lead

Job Summary: Directs the large format production area, producing a wide range of
large-scale graphics including banners, signs, installs, and rigid substrates.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage large format print and finishing schedules.
Operate and maintain large format printers
Operate and maintain laminators, plotters, and cutting equipment.
Ensure accurate color output and precise finishing.
Oversee material inventory for large format.
Train and supervise large format production staff.
Coordinate installation for large format projects when applicable.
Troubleshoot equipment and production issues.

Skills: Expertise in large format printing technologies, material knowledge (vinyl, fabrics,
rigid substrates), finishing techniques, color management, ability to read and interpret
design files, safety protocols for large equipment.
