The diverse product offerings at AlphaGraphics require an understanding of printing, finishing, sign application, and installation. Our Large Format Print Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of large format print production including the management of our large format printers and equipment.More than anything, we’re looking for a highly-collaborative and dependable teammate that is driven by the opportunity to contribute to the success of a local business. We are a small, passionate, and fast-paced team that is fully invested in the success of our company, and we value contributions from each team member.WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:Operate flatbed printer, HP Latex and Roland roll printers along with our Colex RouterDigital Print Production as neededLarge Format & Sign Finishing with Installation when necessaryUnderstanding of Large Format Design and execution is a plus: setting up files for cut vinyl, analyzing files for large signage, understanding of differences in substrates including and custom vinyl installations and rigid materials for signage.Other essential functions needed to provide the highest quality customer service and product outputWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:2+ years of experience in operating wide format printers and associated equipment for commercial sign companies or printerProven understanding or experience using equipment including large format digital printers, UV flatbed printers, roll to roll printers, vinyl printers, laminators, and flatbed routers.Positive, Professional AttitudeStrong Work EthicProblem Solving SkillsCooperative interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to work quickly and neatly while multi-taskingBasic math skills and ability to use a computerAbility to lift 50 lbs safely and work over a waist-high tableStrong Multi-Tasking AbilityEffective Communication Skills (oral and written)Ability to follow instructions and prioritize workloadAt AlphaGraphics, we offer careers for everyone!
