Sales Executive – Large Format / Graphics

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Executive with deep experience in the printing, signs, and graphics industry to join a well-established and growing organization. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that offers both autonomy and strong earning potential for a motivated sales professional.

In this position, you’ll own and grow key accounts while developing new business opportunities within large format printing and graphics solutions. You will partner directly with high-volume clients—particularly in the apparel and home goods space—to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that meet complex production needs.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment and enjoys building long-term client partnerships while driving measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value accounts (ranging from $1M–$30M+)
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within large format printing and graphics
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with clients in apparel, home goods, and related industries
  • Collaborate with internal production and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and customer needs
  • Travel extensively to meet with clients, attend site visits, and strengthen partnerships

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Large Format Printing / Graphics / Signage sales
  • Proven success managing and growing high-volume accounts ($1M–$30M+)
  • Experience with dye sublimation strongly preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
  • Ability to thrive in a travel-heavy role (50–75%)
  • Background in copier/office equipment or adjacent industries is a plus
