LARGE LOSS PROJECT COORDINATOR Location: Boise Pay: $20-$24/hour DOE

KEEPING LARGE PROJECTS MOVING FROM START TO FINISH Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a Large Loss Project Coordinator to help keep complex restoration projects organized, communicated, and moving forward. This position works closely with project managers, field teams, customers, subcontractors, insurance adjusters, and other partners to make sure the details dont get missed.

If you are highly organized, communicate well, can handle multiple priorities at once, and enjoy being the person who keeps a project on track, this could be a great fit.

WHAT YOULL DO

Coordinate administrative and operational details for large-loss restoration projects Assist Project Managers with keeping projects organized and on schedule Communicate with customers, adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members Schedule crews, subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and other project activities Track project progress, deadlines, documentation, and outstanding items Assist with work orders, purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and project documentation Maintain accurate project files and ensure required documentation is completed Help coordinate materials, equipment, and other resources needed for projects Follow up on open items and communicate updates to the appropriate people Help identify scheduling conflicts, delays, or missing information before they become larger problems Support the Project Manager throughout the life of the project Provide professional and timely customer service Work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly

Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines Comfortable working with customers, insurance professionals, subcontractors, and employees Strong attention to detail Ability to remain calm and professional when projects become stressful or priorities change Comfortable learning and using project management and computer software Construction, restoration, insurance, or project coordination experience is a plus Previous experience coordinating large or complex projects is preferred Valid drivers license
