Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead all field operations on complex ground-up construction projects.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive site logistics and construction execution plans.
  • Manage project schedules and ensure critical milestones are achieved.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, field engineers, and project staff.
  • Drive safety performance and maintain a culture of zero incidents.
  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards and contract requirements.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly planning meetings with project teams.
  • Identify and proactively resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.
  • Partner with Project Managers to monitor project performance and strategic execution.
  • Oversee inspections, commissioning activities, turnover, and project closeout.
  • Mentor Assistant Superintendents and emerging field leaders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, complex construction projects from groundbreaking through completion.
  • Experience managing projects valued at $50M+ strongly preferred.
  • Background in one or more of the following sectors:
    • Mission Critical / Data Centers
    • Healthcare
    • Higher Education
    • Industrial & Manufacturing
    • Commercial High-Rise
    • Large Institutional Projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, and field coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience driving safety, quality, and productivity across large project teams.
