Independently manage subcontractors, schedules, and jobsite logistics. Drive complex MEP coordination and installation sequencing. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met. Coordinate closely with PMs, engineers, and ownership teams. Lead subcontractor meetings and maintain jobsite accountability. Strong background in industrial, manufacturing, or data center construction. Demonstrated expertise with MEP systems and coordination (critical). Ability to manage complex, fast-paced project environments. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel for project assignments as needed.
