Position Overview:
Join a forward-thinking, value-based care organization focused on delivering exceptional preventive primary care for adults 65+. This model empowers physicians to build meaningful patient relationships, spend more time with each individual, and practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced, without RVU pressure.

Compensation & Incentives:

Total 1st Year Compensation: $300,000+ (higher with experience & performance)
Commencement Bonus: $50,000-$100,000+
Annual Performance Bonus: 20% of base salary
Full Benefits on Day 1
Malpractice: Occurrence-based coverage
Relocation Assistance

Role Highlights:

Patient Population: Adults 65+ (majority Medicare Advantage, chronic disease & preventive care focus)
Census: 12-15 patients per day
Visit Length: 20-40 minutes per visit
