Hourly Rate: $17

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am - 5pm Friday 7am - 3pm

Job Overview
Operate CNC sheet laser cutting equipment to produce metal parts according to work instructions. Set up programs and cutting parameters, verify materials, monitor production, inspect finished pieces for quality, and maintain accurate production records in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC sheet laser cutting equipment using required programs and cutting parameters
• Verify material details such as type, thickness, dimensions, and quantities prior to production runs
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, work orders, and CNC program instructions
• Monitor the cutting process and adjust as needed to meet quality and schedule requirements
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to confirm dimensions and tolerances
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, perform basic maintenance/housekeeping, and support material organization and recordkeeping

What We’re Looking For

• Previous CNC or laser cutting experience (preferred)
• Ability to read tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and technical drawings
• Comfort with machine interface operation and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing team environment
