Laser Machine Operator / Production Material Handler (HVAC Manufacturing)
Penmac Staffing is now hiring a Laser Machine Operator / Production Material Handler for a local HVAC manufacturing facility. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in quality work. In this position, you will support laser operations by removing finished products, inspecting parts, and preparing them for shipment.
Requirements for the Laser Machine Operator / Production Material Handler
Ability to train on 1st shift for 2–4 weeks, then transition to 2nd shift
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed
Basic manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen
Laser Machine Operator Responsibilities
Remove finished materials from laser machines safely and efficiently
Inspect parts for defects, accuracy, and quality standards
Sort, stack, and palletize completed products for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety guidelines and production procedures at all times
Pay & Schedule
$17.50/hour during 1st shift training
$18.00/hour once moved to 2nd shift
Full-time, long-term opportunity with potential to be hired on by the client
