Machine operators/Laser dept.
Advance Services Inc. is actively seeking laser operators to work in a busy manufacturing warehouse in pasadena in the laser dept operating, maintaining and troubleshooting laser machinery for cutting drilling adjusting machine perimeters based on material type and thickness.
Pay rate- $ 16.00
1st shift-8am-5pm-Must be open to over time
Specific responsibilities may include:
- Work materials and assemble products according to production work orders.
- Set up and run laser with no programing experience required.
- Perform operator maintenance on laser
- Requisitions and load materials
- Practice good housekeeping to keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Properly identify parts after production is complete.
- Monitor and replace tools or tooling as needed.
- Remove metal shavings/chips from equipment in a safe manner.
- Follow proper speeds and feeds to maximize machine and cutting tool efficiency.
