We are seeking a 1st shift Laser Operator in South Chesterfield, VA to operate and maintain laser cutting equipment for high-quality metal parts.
Responsibilities include setting up machines, troubleshooting, inspecting parts, ensuring safety protocols, performing routine maintenance, reading blueprints, and making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications include a high school diploma plus 5 years' experience in a machine shop environment or equivalent, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with measuring tools and blueprints.
Candidate must work efficiently under tight deadlines, follow safety standards, and be capable of handling multiple priorities.
