Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines to cut and process metal materials according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.
Load raw materials and unload finished parts safely and efficiently.
Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met.
Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges to verify specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
Follow all company safety guidelines and production procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or metal fabrication preferred.
Experience operating laser cutting equipment is a plus but not required.
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
